A security deposit of $125 is not included in rental rates.
A cleaning fee of $65 to $100 will be added depending on the number of people and the length of stay.
Refund Policy: 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation. No refunds made for cancellations made less than 30 days from the first day of your reservation
Maximum Occupancy is 8 people.
NOTE: There are three other cabins for rent only a few doors down from our cabin. If you need to house more people, we can help arrange for you to rent those cabins, which are comparable in price and features. This is a great way to have several families vacation together and still have some privacy.
